Welcome to the Whisper of the Horse blog. Where we will talk about everything, energy, connection, horses and anything else that feels aligned. To me, a whisper is your intention, the voice inside your soul guiding you along the path. It is not loud or forceful but steady and ready to speak when you're ready to listen. It is soft and strongly rooted in your true North. It does not waiver. Horses are beautiful spiritual beings full of wisdom and understanding. The horse is a teacher, a spiritual guide. But not just in their wisdom, but the wisdom they ignite in your soul.

It feels so centred and aligned that this Blog is starting at the beginning of this 9-year cycle, especially since it is the year of the horse. I want to start by saying I am so grateful for the past 9 years. I have graduated college, starting farming with parents started my business, grow that business, moved my home on the farm, meeting my soul mate, getting married, taking a little step back from business to start our wonderful little family, having a beautiful baby boy, losing 2 animals that where not just animals they were family and true 2 souls that has shape me to where I am today. I believe it is important to honour where you have been, as it has shaped the person ready to level up in the next 9-year cycle.

Now, as I start this new cycle, I feel it has awakened my soul to create and redesign my business into what my heart has always known it could be, but I have kept it small within my comfort zone. I am not saying that, from this day forward, it will be completely changed, but I am open to what the future holds.

I am launching my website and this blog on Feb 17, 2026, which feels like a bright new beginning for me and my business. Feb 17 is a special day for many reasons; it is the first day of the year of the horse, which is a time for action and high energy. It symbolizes passion, freedom, risk-taking, and the embrace of change. I feel that a fire has been lit in my soul that has been small and dim while going through a period of releasing.

Feb 17 is also a new moon in Aquarius, and this one is special because it is a solar eclipse, which will be the first solar eclipse in 8 years in the Aquarius zodiac sign. New moon is a time to plant seeds of what you wish to grow within your life, so I am planting the seed of using this blog and website to help foster a connection with yourself, animals, and the universe around us.

The deeper I dive into my spiritual journal, the more I believe there is to learn. For instance, I am just starting to learn about astrology. No, I don’t think it's where my business is heading, but it's another tool to help understand energy within the universe. Next month, I am stepping out of my comfort zone and learning alongside you, so stay tuned.

One aspiration in my life is to live with purpose and in alignment with my true, authentic self. I want to explain that this is not a random date for me; it is the start of listening to my inner voice and being open to where my path goes. I hope you come along for the ride and that it helps you opens up your own path in the process.
